Came in for a drug test for work and the staff had me in and out super fast. They were friendly, professional and helpful - exactly what I want from this type of procedure.

I go by PhysicianOne Urgent Care once a week, and luckily have never had a need for their services. Having to do a drug test for work, they were the closest approved location so I said “let’s give them a shot”. I can only say good things about the experience. The staff was kind and very professional. Given the fact that I was a walk in, the wait time was very good as well. Would definitely recommend to others. 5 stars!

I had a random drug teste and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Good work!

Simple pre-employment drug screening. Staff was super friendly, quick, efficient, and kind. Wish I had same experience every time I had healthcare needs.

I went in for a pre employment physical evaluation and a drug screening, went pretty well, except for the urine drug test. I have never done any drugs in my life, but this thing made it look like I do. it came back positive for opioids and morphine, a substance that naturally occurs in poppy seeds, which I ate on two “everything bagels” for lunch the previous day. Poppy seeds have enough codeine and morphine that naturally are in them that it triggered this false positive. I am just disappointed that the test can’t differentiate from a person who naturally consumes it through food, or malicious illegal use of a substance. I can’t believe that an everything bagel could be the cause of a bump in the road for me getting a job. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for an “accurate” lab test to see if it was naturally consumed through food, or ingested some other way, in which I have no idea how.

The MA who instructed me through the process of Drug Test seems like she doesn’t even want to be there to work. She spoke unclear while giving instruction.

I wish to commend everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with today. When I was faced with what at first seemed like a no-win situation (major traffic congestion from Route 95 that eventually spilled over to Route 1 North). After 2 calls attempting to find some type of solution, I was eventually transferred to the Fettle office and once there an exception was made which aided me to come in for the drug screening part of my physical (for I wanted to ensure that I was well hydrated to not add on any additional time, so while driving to the location I had dranked 5 bottles of water). Afterwards I was added to the list of other waiting patients and within1-2 hours, my physical was completed and I was able to walk out with my paperwork in hand. Many thanks ti the staff at the Fettle staff, you all are Super!!!

Came here for a drug screening. Jessica was efficient and friendly! Would definitely come here again for future care.

Went for a drug screening for employment and it was a great experience very well kept and mannered employees.

I booked my appointment for a pre-employment drug screen a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait almost an hour just to pee in a cup and sign a few forms. I understand that some patients with legitimate health concerns had to be seen immediately but it also forced me to sit in a waiting room for a prolonged period with people who may have been Covid positive. I do appreciate that everyone was masked but that was my main concern.

Went in for an employment-required drug test. Once greeted with brief paperwork, I was called back after a short wait. The staff were very friendly and the whole process, once called back, took no more than 5 minutes. Very easy.

Had a random urine drug screen and Kristen was great! She was professional, prompt and had a smile on her face. I only put a 3 for wait time because when I checked in I told receptionist I really had to pee and was told the only thing she could do was let me use the bathroom and give me a bottle of water. My wait was only about 25 min but by then I was pacing and about to wet my pants.

This was my first trip to this location. It was for a drug screening for employment. I did have to wait for about an hour, however, I was a walk in patients and did not ha e an appointment. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. It is awkward for it was my first time to have to pee in a cup for employment. And there is no sink in the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. I was informed this is because of the nature of the visit. All in all it was a good experience.

My visit was for an employment drug screening. The two ladies at the front were awesome. They were both knowledgeable, considerate, patient and kind. They greeted/acknowledged every single person that entered the facility and made us feel welcome. The lady who helped me after being called back was the same! It is evident that all three of these ladies take pride in their work and the service that they provide for their patients! In a world where every thing currently seems so dark, these ladies were rays of sunshine! Kudos to each of them!

I just went for a simple drug test for a job. I've been to other clinics for similar procedures and they weren't all that great at moving the line. That was not the case here! Everyone was also super friendly. Good luck to the new hire. Thanks everyone for getting me to my old job on time

The wait was really long didnt leave until almost 5 pm..lots of Walmart drug tests that day...back of house was very awesome...woman at the front desk on the other hand took her attitude out on customers and was later complaining to someone on her cellphone she couldnt leave because we were all there 5 of us total.very rude disrespectful to an elderly woman who questioned why someone who showed up after all of us got to go when it was her turn.. If I wouldn't have been there to get a drug test for a job I would shut that woman down quickly...customer service

About Drug Tests

There are a variety of options for drug tests in Quincy, each able to detect illegal or prescription drugs in urine, blood, hair, perspiration, or saliva. The most common method of drug screening is urine testing, however, blood and hair tests are also used for specialized purposes. At-home drug tests are also readily available, but usually only test for one or two narcotics, such as marijuana, methamphetamine, and opiates such as heroin and cocaine. Lab-based drug tests are more thorough and screen for a wide range of substances and alcohol at the same time.

Drug testing is used for a variety of purposes, including assessing whether or not someone has recently consumed drugs or alcohol. Employers frequently utilize them as a pre-employment screening tool or sometimes as a requirement of on-going employment. In addition, drug testing for performance-enhancing drugs and other illegal substances are routinely conducted by athletic organizations. Law enforcement and courts employ drug testing in both criminal and civil cases. Finally, if your doctor has prescribed an opioid, he or she may request a drug test to ensure you're getting the correct dose of your medication.

A drug test is a very simple procedure that requires no preparation and poses no risk. The most frequent type of test is a urine test, which entails submitting a urine sample in a lab or medical office. The steps are as follows:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly, and clean your genital area with a cleansing pad provided by the facility.
  2. Begin urinating into the toilet, then move the collection cup under your urine stream to collect at least two ounces of urine in the container. There should be markings on the cup to assist with measurement.
  3. When complete, properly seal the cup using the provided instruction, flus the toilet, wash your hands again, and return the specimen to the technician or healthcare provider as instructed.

On the orders of law enforcement or the court, a technician may be required to be present while you take your sample. Make sure you follow all of the directions to guarantee that your test result is genuine and that you do not have to repeat the process.

Drug Test FAQs

Check with your employer to see what their requirements are. They may even have a preferred lab or draw station they send you to.

At-home drug testing, as well as some in-clinic tests may offer more rapid initial results, but the final conclusive results will take longer.

  • Is drug testing covered by my insurance?

If the drug test is a pre-employment requirement or required by your employer, your employer will cover the cost of the test and will usually send you to a specific lab or draw station to facilitate the test. Beyond that, drug tests are typically out of pocket, and therefore not covered by insurance. It is possible, depending on your plan, that you could submit the receipt to your insurance requesting reimbursement.

  • What is the most accurate drug test?

There are many different ways to collect a sample for a drug test including hair, saliva, and sweat, but blood tests are the most accurate. They are also the most invasive and costly given that they are processed by a trained phlebotomist and analyzed in a lab, and usually the variety that are required by serious employers.
