Walked into clinic and was greeted immediately .  No time and I was called to the exam room.  The Dr. was pleasant and showed concern.  Several test and X-rays were taken, with results to be sent later in the day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Second visit, and not a disappointment.

I thought by me making an appointment I would not have the long wait time like the ER. It was almost 2 hours later that I get called back. They should take the booking site down and just say walk in first come first serve.Other than that everything else was great.

Fell Thursday am while doing some cleaning. Fell on my right arm, immediate swelling & marked pain. My daughter insisted I see a Dr so we decided to go to Urgent Care. No problem getting checked in but wait time for X-rays & seeing Dr was to long. Staff all helpful & friendly. When the Dr came in she went over X-ray results. It was a severe radial fx C impaction & a sharp splintered piece, told me what needed to be done& that I should go to the ER right away. She presented to be very competent & empathetic. Yes I would.

This place is usually my go to urgent care clinic but, I don't know what was wrong with the secretary and the doctor yesterday. They had ill attitudes and the doctor did not prescribe any cough medication for my son even though he showed every symptom to need a prescription. She was not attentive to him, acting hurriedly to get out of the room. I was very disappointed. This place is usually really great but not yesterday. They could have dropped the attitude at the door. It was not necessary to bring it to work.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Your doctor will draw a little sample of blood from your arm with a tiny needle during the blood test.
