Other than the wait time as I had a scheduled appointment everything else was very very good!

My husband had been in a few days earlier tested negative for Flu, Covid, and RSV but chest x-ray showed a little pneumonia. I started coughing Thursday night so I went straight in on Friday hoping to head it off at the pass but the doctor ran no test, said she didn’t hear wheezing even though I was and every the xray tech heard it. She gave me some cough pills and sent me on my way. I have continued to deteriorate now having sore throat and on and off spiking a low fever. Not impressed with the care I received. The PA my husband had was far more attentive. Update: The head doctor called me personally because he found this unacceptable and had me go back in for testing. I tested positive for Influenza A so I really appreciated his due diligence to get me answers so I have adjusted my overall score to reflect his efforts. Thank you Dr. Shital-Hiten Upadhyay.

Went in for a lingering cough as a walk-in. I anticipated a long wait . However the wait time from registration, to call to the back , to the doctor seeing me was effortless and quick. All staff were very warm and personable.

Didn’t hesitate to choose  this facility for the second time when I needed attention for compacted ear wax… the day AFTER my annual physical with PCP who looked in my ears and said NOTHING! Had been fighting an upper respiratory infection for a week and was not getting better. Was dreading having to go to the Urgent Care but this experience was so different! Was in & out fast, staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, the check in was fast and the facility was clean. Hope to not need to go again but if I do would not hesitate to go here again.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
