Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse , I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections . They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc). Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings . The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
