The nurse that collected me from the waiting room was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable being in a doctors office. I will never use another immediate care facility.

Both my husband and I were sick. We came together. Thankful for the nice lady at check-in. I don't like doing things online, and it wasn't taking my insurance information. Would have preferred being offered the paper option first. Not everybody deals well with computers and tech, and having frustrating experiences with that stuff when you're sick is about enough to make me leave and just go to the ER. Anyway, we didn't wait long, and the young lady took us both back at the same time, which was very kind. Dr. Natalya Hines was very thorough and checked us both for the basics (flu, COVID, and strep). The medicine prescribed is helping; it's just taking us a while to recover. I brought us back to this location, because these folks saved my husband's life a couple years ago, when he didn't realize how serious his infection was then, and we had to take him to the ER.

Easy to make online appointment I was however disappointed with wait time in waiting room and in operatory after we were taken back I was there a total of 2 hours with a sick 5 year old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not sure I would visit there again unless wait time was significantly less. They may need more staff due to volume of patients on a Saturday morning.

Concern for worsening covid symptoms made me decide to get checked. Online appointments were full but walk ins open. I was very pleased with my assessment and treatment. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone.

Good care given for bruised ribs caused in a fall.

I was very impressed with AFC Urgent Care in Simpsonville!  I had just moved here three weeks ago and knew I might have a UTI.  I have not located a general practitioner yet and since this Uegent Care was very close to my apartment, I decided to visit them.  I was met with a friendly receptionist, the girl who took my vitals was super nice, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was so friendly!  I love this clinic and will visit again if the need arises!

It was a good experience. Only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. Have been to other places where you wait for 2 hours.

Sean Curry was so kind and so nice. Same Kiri Rexroad. I do really appreciate the value job with my worries about my illness. Pretty clean room and easy access. Thank for being awesome.

I woke up yesterday feeling ill was hoping it was a cold turns out it was not. Was able to get in within 15 minutes of scheduling. The team was amazing and super friendly and had me taken care of quickly.

Had shoulder pain and just walked in to urgent care

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very helpful and friendly. They were also very professional in their conversation and procedures. The visit was a an excellent experience.

Woke up Thursday morning and my hand was paralyzed. I called my hand surgeon but couldn’t see him until February 4. Really worried late Friday and before I went to ER wanted some guidance. Not my normal Urgent Care provider but very satisfied with them.

These ladies are super fantastic! Had to have a drug screen for employment and they are kind and efficient!!!

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
