Was able to arrange visit within 24 hrs.  Had trouble locating office but made it.  Within an hour visit was complete with meds ordered.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

I will not wait so long next time! My appt was on time, staff and treatment both excellent.  I’m better already. Thanks.  I highly recommend Indigo!

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Was able to schedule an appointment with a provider without difficulty. Had a double ear infection!

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

Everything was ok except I was rusher by Medical assistant to leave. I ask about results of my test and she said she will call( she never did). Also Dr told me ( I remember exactly) that she will give me excuse for work for Monday but nothing happen and later when I read notes showing not excuse from work needed. I like this place but this time I was rushed to leave room. Thank you

I don’t usually leave reviews (who has time for that ) but I really had a a great experience at this clinic . Fast ,kind and respectful . I haven’t felt that in many healt clinics before . Strongly recommended .

Everyone was amazing. The doctor didn't listen to the fact that I couldn't take the antibiotic. It was making me so sick the staff there is wonderful.

woke up with sore throat and ear infection. was very insistent on getting care for my voice as well as i use it professionally. i did receive the ear drops which i began taking. but i need to schedule again for my voice.

The appointment was very quick and the staff was kind efficient and amazing.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Continued coughing ing a blockage in sinuses. Needed Ned's to help . Dr evaluated condition and advised care and antibiotic.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!
