I was able to book my daughter an appointment within 15min and it was so easy. Check in was smooth and less than 5min of wait time. The NP took her time taking info and had a great demeanor with my daughter, made her feel very comfortable. We were in and out in less than 30 min. It was a great visit.

Short Wait Time

My daughter had an injury to her eye late at night. We tried booking an appt with 3 other 24/hr online immediate cares, but none of them had availability. We then tried Rapid Immediate Care. It worked out, they had the earliest available appt. They were able to check her in, inspect her eye injury, give her pain drop for her eye, and order antibiotic in time for her to make it to summer class and not be late. The staff were decent and friendly, good bedside manner. Seemed relatively knowledgeable. Her eye is now on the mend. I have worked in immediate cares and acute care settings in the past myself. In my opinion, this location is better organized and functioning than most immediate care settings I've been to. It certainly beats waiting 7 hrs in an ER, and the quality of care has been good overall, at least for all the times we've been there in the past (strep covid, sore throats, pains). The only reason I didn't contact them first this time, the drive is further away than other locations.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

I was rather annoyed that the site was unable to print a transactional receipt since the cost of the test needed to be billed to a corporation. If I was a medical company offering this test, I would try to use some sort of system that would keep the registration form and the billing transaction (& receipt )separate. Using separate forms may help to prevent any type of inappropriate handling of “patient’s information” because traditional, an individual’s medical information would not be listed on a receipt from a doctor’s visit. The staff was very friendly and it was not a very busy morning when we visited. If money was not an issue, I would use the system if nothing else was easy accessible.

Our technician was excellent, very friendly, quick and compassionate knowing my child was the one getting tested for participation in school extra curriculars. Very good experience and excellent attitude and care by the tech this day! 11/15/21 @ 3pm

My visit exceeded my expectations. I booked my appointment on my phone - simple. Check in was easy. Took my insurance - no copay. The tech was super nice, polite and efficient even in this freezing cold weather! I got my results by text in 15 minutes!😃 I would highly recommend this testing facility to anyone, especially people needing a quick diagnosis!!!

The process was very smooth… I drove up waited my turn got to the tent and had all of the details of what was going to happen described to me… They swabbed my nose and I waited approximately 20 minutes for the results…Other than testing positive everything was really a smooth ordeal

Just went 4 a quick covid test as a friend I see often may have been exposed 2 covid..

- Verified patient on 12/16

They should have a separate line for people with appointments. I got my test 40 minutes after my appointment time.

- Verified patient on 12/18

The wait time was 1.5 hrs in line in our car. I could obviously see you needed more workers. But they were very courteous when they finally got to us. Then it was very quick. The test result got to us in 2.5 hrs. I’m just glad we got the test done today and got the results.

The process was quick and easy. I get high anxiety when it comes to doctors, doctors appointments or anything to do with health personnel, but this experience was seamless and I thank you all for that. Test results were quick and the staff was very friendly.

Was vomiting previous night and came in to rule out COVID . App instructions were clear but I would recommend a helper if you are not tech savvy. Tests were simple and painless.

- Verified patient on 12/20

It was a drive-through facility. Got right in with our appointments. Instructions were clear, staff was very ready for the testing, and it appeared they had all the right supplies and safety precautions.

Went better than expected. Was frustrated that I could not find out how much it cost and if they took credit cards, until I got there. The rapid test cost $175, paid by credit card only. You receive docs that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.

The wait wasn’t too bad and the staff was great!! Very easy process! I will definitely go there again for future testing.

- Verified patient on 12/16

We were very happy with the service but I specifically showed the worker that to return to Canada a rapid antigen test would not suffice. However when we received the test results that is the test we were given

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
