I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

The staff were great, the check in lady, the triage lady and the nurse practitioner.  What was annoying is that we have to check in and they send us a text. Then we have to do all that. I’m not a new patient and it hasn’t been that long since I have been, so why are we putting in all the info that y’all have. Nobody feels like doing that when they already don’t feel good

Urgent care
Lab testing
Had visited another family care that morning for a sinus infection. Gave me tamivri and cough syrup. I had tested negative for flu, strep and Covid. Why I was given that I have no idea wasn’t coughing.  Checked into southern immediate care lobby was full. Patients were called back in a steady pace. They listened to me understood I had a terrible sinus infection. I also tested positive for coronavirus and nothing to do about that. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment and care from the time I entered until I left. I highly recommend this facility and staff.
