Urgent care
Lab testing
Scheduling appointment was very easy. Check-in went well. Staff was very friendly. I got excellent care while I was there. The problem was after the visit. I never heard what type of infection I had per UTI. It is now nine days after I was there and I still have not heard. I was not informed as to how to get the results of my urine test. I was only given a three day supply of antibiotics being a transplant recipient I did call my doctor in New York to report that I had a UTI. She then prescribed a seven day antibiotic for me. I am still waiting for those results. Please notify me when you have them so that that infection can be recorded in my records here in New York this is very important for my health record. Thank you for your cooperation with this . Debra Haefner
