I would like documentation regarding my diagnosis, as well as any notes that may involve missed work. Staff seemed quite friendly and respectful. Not happy that I was charged $150 while the guy behind me was only charged $50.

I could not raise my left arm.  I was seen at my scheduled tie slot. I had X-Rays and arm placed in sling within 1-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the staff’s professionalism and their attention to my medical concerns. The referral responded within hours of my visit, impressive. Also, I loved the ease of scheduling and pre-registering for my visit. I will definitely recommend your services. Thanks, Dr. Kabler and staff.
