The clinic in Highland was not good 2hr wait and appt doesn’t matter so I went to White Lake location and it was much much better. While I was there 2 other people who were at the Highland location came to White Lake also. Wait time and exam time were acceptable and all staff were very professional and friendly.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Have never been there but couldn't believe how friendly everyone was! Good care. Only thing was I didn't know the title of some people who cared for me, ie. RN, NP MA etc. I would have asked if I had something more serious. I just went there for Covid test, but they took a good history and did exam. Happy I went there!

Have used FasterCare for myself and my daughters to get tested for Covid more than once. With kids in school and so many social activities, exposure is bound to happen. This facility makes the testing process so easy. You never step foot out of your car and Dr Greenberg and staff are very pleasant. He has the process down, so you’re never waiting very long for your test results. I will continue to use FasterCare as long as needed.

This was a great place to go to get care. I made an appointment online with Solv to get Covid tested and they came out to the car to do the test right on time. The doctor came to give me the results and recommend treatment within 15 minutes. He even brought a steroid treatment out to me to take immediately. I would definitely come back here if needed in the future.

I was a little surprised at the lack of post visit instruction. I tested positive for covid and I was given an injection and told to come back in a week. I was in my car 2 minutes post injection. I was happy to be seen and everyone was great. Just speaking from experience though, healthcare run too much like an assembly line can feel.... confused.

Flint Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
