Coughing all night, chest & head hurt.  Got an appointment early, did not wait long at all, the doctor was great. Sent a prescription to CVS  and feel much better knowing I don’t have COVID, flu or RSV.

Have been battling a cough and congestion for a few days and was encouraged to visit urgent care to get checked out. Had prior experience at this center with no issues. Walked in around 11:30 was checked in by about 11:45. It took them two hours just to bring me back and another hour to be seen by the physician on duty. Care was fine as well as prescribed medications but the length of time to get seen was atrocious.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

Friendly Staff

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

Need a physical asap for spring sports. I was able to get a same day appointment and all paperwork completed.  All the staff are so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend AFC in Downingtown.

Wanted to get an Xray for my foot. If the wait time wasn’t a consideration, the whole place would have 10 stars. Exceptional staff went above and beyond. They are extremely kind, caring, and accommodating. Thank you all so much for your dedication.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

They were very patient with my first time experience with the COVID test. Great idea to have us patients outdoors in the parking lot. When I kept doing things the wrong way, they corrected me calmly.

I have had to test there in January and now today. The people there are very friendly and organized. They sanitize the area between patients as needed. They do a great job.

- Verified patient on 12/28

They were amazing. My six year old was so nervous about getting the test done. The staff made it the best experience for her that she wanted to go back and do it again the next day.

The online UI to make reservations was a bit clumsy and repetitive, but still not so bad. And from there, it was great. Lots of open appointments, the test site was not crowded and was running smoothly. So, we were in and out in 5 minutes and received our results less than 48 hours later.

- Verified patient on 12/17

Was very quick, and they told me exactly what to do and even took me in early would highly recommend if you need to get tested to come here.

- Verified patient on 1/6

The staff was very pleasant and the whole process was fast and easy. I was frustrated trying to find a test at a pharmacy and my friend said to try the county. I had a test scheduled in minutes and the whole experience was great! I would definitely recommend this test site.

- Verified patient on 11/12

The appointment was easy to schedule and I appreciated the follow-up confirmation and reminder. The line of people waiting to be tested made for a little bit of a wait, but I understood because there are many people who require testing. Everything was clearly marked for social distancing and verbal reminders were given to everyone to adhere to social distancing by standing on the next X. The staff was very efficient, courteous, and helpful. Results were sent within the time specifications given and a follow-up email was sent to make sure the test results were received. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you!

Better than the drugstore for COVID testing! I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and ease of this process: easy scheduling, lots of available times, little to no wait, and fast results. Thanks!!

- Verified patient on 11/24

This is the best location for covid testing. It is outside, plenty of appointment times to choose from online, it's fast, and you get the results quickly. Plus the staff is friendly.

- Verified patient on 12/8

The staff was absolutely amazing. My 4 year old was a fighter and they were able to help with suggestions of how to hold him to get the test administered. Thank you!!

- Verified patient on 3/12

Easy and fast. Although I was early, they tested me right away. The line was 2-3 people deep the whole time, but it kept moving efficiently.

- Verified patient on 12/20

I needed a covid test because my 50 year old son has been exposed at his car dealership. I easily signed up for an appointment on Tuesday, 1/6 and was able to select the time I wanted. I was the second person in line, and the process was efficient and not stressful. I'm waiting to hear about my results, but I feel well and am optimistic that I'm "negative!" I wish getting the vaccine was this easily.

I have to get regular covid tests bc I take care of my immune compromised family member. This facility allows me to do so without symptoms or being in contact w someone covid positive- and results came next day!

- Verified patient on 2/10

It is beyond easy to schedule an appointment!! No wait time- my family of five was out of the car, tested and back in the car within 5 minute.

I cannot say enough great things about Montgomery Counties COVID-19 response. The ease of scheduling and receiving a test has made a stressful situation a little less stressful.

I am so happy to know that the Green Lane Testing Site has reopened. It is conveniently located, staffed with friendly and efficient men and women. The turn around time on test results is great!

- Verified patient on 11/17

The process was fast and easy, the instructions were helpful and although I was worried about giving my 2 year old the test, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! They gave me tips on how to hold him to get it done and made sure it was fast so he wasn’t uncomfortable for long!

From the time I pulled into the lot of this outdoor testing facility, until I had been through the check-in line and the actual testing line, then test procedure, was approx 10 minutes! Very organized and smooth-running process.

- Verified patient on 1/3

Easy to schedule, convenient location, and testing process was safe, fast and efficient. Just what I was looking for. Results even came back quicker than expected. Very nice job!

Green Lane Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
