Love how I can make an appointment in the app.   I picked the first opening which was 9 AM.  I was confused when 2 people were ahead of me when clinic opened at 9 and I was there at 8:50, but I really didn’t have to wait.  I always  get excellent care at this location and I’ve been seen by various NPs.

This was my first visit there and I scheduled an appointment online and completed all the paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes early and signed some documents and waited for an hour before I was called. The staff was nice and apologized for my wait and the doctor I saw was very nice but I doubt I’ll go back there

Getting Tested for STDs in Ravenna, OH

Who should get tested for STDs?

Anyone who is sexually active, particularly those with multiple partners, should get tested for STDs. It's also important for those who have had unprotected sex or shared needles for drug use to get tested. According to the CDC, specific guidelines recommend that all adults and adolescents from ages 13 to 64 should be tested at least once for HIV. Sexually active women younger than 25 years or older women with risk factors such as new or multiple sex partners should be tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia every year.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is crucial for a number of reasons. Firstly, many STDs do not show symptoms, meaning you could be infected and unknowingly spread the disease to others. Lastly, knowing your STD status can provide peace of mind and encourage safer sexual practices.
