I couldn't get an appointment with my primary so I tried AFC in South Charlotte. I had used AFC for my kids previously but not for myself. Online scheduling was very easy and the wait time was less than my primary. The staff were very friendly and took great care to figure out why I was feeling ill. I would totally switch to them instead of my primary if the copay was less expensive.

This is the third time visiting this AFC location for a DOT physical, every time as a walk-in, no appoinment. The wait time was very short, and after filling out all the DOT required paperwork I was quickly called back for the exam. Then entire staff from check-in, nurses, and the PA were professional and polite, always making my visits here pleasant. I plan to return here for all future exams, and any urgent care needs that may arise.

I had a persistent cough from bronchiectisis, other symptoms also. Needed chest x-ray. I was able to get scheduled.  Scott saw me, chest x-ray was done and he gave me results. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, the nurse was great. Don’t have her name. Front desk, young lady sent results of x-ray to my Doctor. Excellent service!!
