I booked on Wed evening for an early Thursday appointment for severe congestion, coughing, blocked sinuses. My appointment was for 8:15. I was inside at 8:05, in the exam room at 8:10, and on my way at 8:30. Everyone was super friendly, nice, and proficient. Would definitely recommend for Urgent Care needs near Clear Lake.

I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

They couldn’t find my husband and I in the system on a appointment we had set for a rapid COVID test but they accepted a text we got as verification explained the test they had available and what was better for us and what our insurance covered. Everyone was super nice. I saw how they treated a difficult client and I was very impressed with their professionalism and patience.

We were exposed to someone who tested positive to Covid 19. Even though we didn’t have any symptoms, we felt the right thing to do was to be testes. We were able to get an appointment for the same day. The communication about our appointment was very clear with a text. The staff was extremely friendly, Mercedes & J... greeted us & were very warm & friendly. The whole staff was really nice. We had our rapid test results within 30 minutes.

This was the best testing service I have had yet! The front desk ladies (Mercedes and Jessica?) were so nice and friendly! I had my results back quicker than they said. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! I suggest getting on the waitlist online first so your wait is even less. Highly recommend Brazos Urgent Care.

Hi, so the experience was overall ok. But they didn’t do any social distancing and it seemed almost everyone there was doing a covid test. There was roughly 15 people standing in the office line with no space to distance. I would much rather a system where everyone waited in their cars and came in smaller groups. I was also scheduled at 11:00AM but because of the line I wasn’t seen until at least 11:30. I was also told I’d be given results in 15 minutes and it was closer to 40. Again, the experience was ok, but I think we could improve upon it. Thank you!

Quick, available Covid testing. Staff were friendly, caring and working their asses off! There desperately needs to be more than 3 people in that office space. Albeit this, these women were killing themselves making sure we were ok, we felt comfortable and everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. One person should be responsible for sanitizing rooms between patients. The sweet red headed lady was busting her ass to make sure everyone was checked in, rooms were clean, she was doing the swabbing, the testing, the checkout procedures, everything! You’re going to lose a great employee if you don’t get more help in there.

This is my first time getting tested and I didn’t mind the process at all. The medical assistant was very friendly and informative. The test was quick and I was allowed to do it myself which is a BIG plus. I had results within minutes so I could go back to work. There was no negative draw to this experience at all.

- Verified patient on 10/19

The staff was extremely professional despite the large number of patients walking in and wanting to be seen immediately. They took care of those with appointments and helped those without appointments as soon as possible. Brooke delivered results as quickly as possible and with a smile! This is one of the few places still administering rapid covid test.

This place was so nice! The nurse who performed the COVID test was super sweet and it didn’t sting like the previous COVID tests I have had done. The wait was pretty long but the circumstances for that were understandable. I would HIGHLY recommend going here for COVID test!

My wife and I have been tested for covid and we tested positive. After recovery we had to be tested to go back to work. Needless to say we had been there separately many times. The variety has made you very busy there. Your staff are very friendly, professional and work well with people while under pressure. I give you my appreciation for being there for us.

Came in to get a Covid test since I wasn't feeling 100% and didn't want to get my family sick. It was very busy but I managed to get on the waiting list. I really like that I was able to wait at home and got a text when it was time to be seen. Staff was very friendly and professional.

- Verified patient on 12/24

The staff is very friendly. Quick fast and easy results! I was able to get it done on my lunch break and still have plenty of time to eat my lunch. Also, minimal pain. The test was very comfortable and easy. I’m just glad to know my family will be safe and I can rule out COVID!

Need a COVID test. Staff at front desk guides me thru every step. Got my tele-call and was given an appointment. My friend was with me and he had registered but got a late appointment. However, since he is my transportation your team upgraded his appt along with mine. Staff kept in contact and we were tested. Results came sooner than expected. We were both extremely impressed with your services that you provided.

My husband and I walked in for rapid testing and we had zero wait time and we met the nurse as well as the Doctor who answered all our questions and we got our results in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality quick health care

This was the best experience for a covid test I have ever heard of! The staff was friendly from the time I called to the time I drove off. From the receptionist, the nurses, to the md and lovely nurse who did the swab, you all made this a positive experience. And it was negative woot woot!

I’ve had six rapid COVID tests over the past year, all at different locations. I can say without a doubt that y’all were the most organized and efficient of any testing facility I’ve been to - the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment for my son online to get a covid test. We checked in and was taken to the back for his appointment time. We only had to wait a minute or so and someone came in and took the sample. The room was clean. So was the restroom when my use it. Overall a good experience.

Excellent and professional service! I had an appointment on 9/6/21 and my son has an appointment on 9/7/21. On Both visits we had the same nurse/cna (not sure of his title) but he is a Hispanic Male with tattoos on his arms. He was sooo attentive and knowledgeable. When my 2 year old had to be given a COVID test, this guy was AWESOME!! As difficult as my 2 year old son was being, the guy stayed calm, patient and comforted my child like a pro! Great experience because of the kind staff! We were in and out very quickly on both visits!

It was so fast, no waiting. They did 2 tests: rapid and PCR for accuracy. They showed me how the result reads which I have not seen before. It took less than 5 minutes for the rapid results. Wonderful people there. And it’s free. Thank you so much🙏

Due to severe weather I was not able to go into the office to get my TB test read. I made an online appointment and Dr Miller was very patient and accommodating. I was able to get my test read on time and sent to my future employer.

Doctor really took the time to listen. I had been sick for over a week from a form of RSV that I got from grandson. I provide him with the details and he did a rapid Covid test which I asked for to be certain it wasn’t anything else besides the virus. He gave me steroid shot and other meds to help get me on the road to recovery and provide comfort during the process. They were fast. I was done in 1 hour. Stagf was very friendly as well.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
