I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

The staff, nurse and doctor is extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease.  Doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and very helpful.

Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and fever.  I went to AFC and was able to check in and see the doctor in under an hour. Great service from check in to check out.

Literally the best doctors visit I've ever had. It was so simple and easy and everybody was super nice. Highly recommended!!

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

I walked in to get checked for a possible infection and Ms. LaWanda behind the desk was so nice and attentive. The wait time was less than 15 min and i was out within 30. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back if I ever need an urgent care again!

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork.  Prescriptions are called in immediately. An excellent experience and more importantly- the treatment has been very effective and my health much improved within hours.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Scheduling was fine and e-paperwork was easy. Our only issue was with check-in upon arrival. Scheduled appt ahead of time, arrived at our appointment time, checked in with front desk and paid co-pay, told we would be called back shortly. Received confirmation of check-in 50 min after appointment time. It’s not an unbearable time to wait but in the moment with a child burning in fever and weak, it felt like an eternity especially seeing later arrivals called back. I do understand some cases are more urgent than others. Staff addressed my concern and called us back within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Front desk receptionist said it was an issue with moving our appointment from one screen to another. We were treated with care and were well on our way within 30 minutes of being called back. Total time 2 hours. Not too bad. Just make sure you receive a text confirmation that you’ve been checked-in.

Scheduling & check in were easy on line which saved time. I was called back about 30 minutes after the appointment time. So not bad. Staff were very nice. Once I was called, everything went quickly & smoothly.

Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

Check_in is a little complicated. Staff helped with all questions. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was a great help. I appreciate their help. It’s not first time Ive used this group .

I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

I did the online scheduling and walked in too my appointment like they was ready for me..got in Dr already remember me and got me right in and right out

I came in the office becuase I couldn't breathe after having had an appointment on Monday and being prescribed cough medicine( a steriod shot was alfo offered but I declined the shot)

She was feeling very bad everyone was very nice and now she’s feeling better
