I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner and the medical assistant. All my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with my answers and treatments. The medical assistant gave me an injection to help with the pain in my shoulder.

I had a uti. I scheduled an appointment on my phone. I uploaded my insurance card and my id with ease. I forgot to fill out the paperwork on my lunch break so filled it out in the parking lot at AFC. I checked in when I got there and my wait time was little to none. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was so impressed. Thank you for the positive changes you guys have made. The my nurse and CNA were very friendly and they seemed to care about my health. This is another plus. Again thank you!!!😊
