I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Scheduling & check in were easy on line which saved time. I was called back about 30 minutes after the appointment time. So not bad. Staff were very nice. Once I was called, everything went quickly & smoothly.

I came in the office becuase I couldn't breathe after having had an appointment on Monday and being prescribed cough medicine( a steriod shot was alfo offered but I declined the shot)

Great location for us, and fantastic people! Very reasonable wait. My PA was attentive and personable.

The staff, nurse and doctor is extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease.  Doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and very helpful.

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

I was seen promptly.  I felt so bad during my time there.  Was given a Covid test and it was positive.  They were so nice so nice to me!!I had a chest x-ray that showed problems in my right lung.  I am still concerned about that x-ray.  Got a shot and meds were called in.

My child woke up on New Year’s morning with sore throat. Even though everywhere else was closed, they were very fast and got us in quickly! Short wait, great staff, excellent, kind, caring doctor!! Would definitely recommend!

I had been sick since Friday 11/29. Early 11/30, I awoke & logged into the site to make an appt. Dr. Merkle & AJ were patient, took the time to explain things to me, and it was just an overall nice experience; chair side manner for both was a grand slam!!

I walked in to get checked for a possible infection and Ms. LaWanda behind the desk was so nice and attentive. The wait time was less than 15 min and i was out within 30. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back if I ever need an urgent care again!

Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and fever.  I went to AFC and was able to check in and see the doctor in under an hour. Great service from check in to check out.

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork.  Prescriptions are called in immediately. An excellent experience and more importantly- the treatment has been very effective and my health much improved within hours.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Scheduling was fine and e-paperwork was easy. Our only issue was with check-in upon arrival. Scheduled appt ahead of time, arrived at our appointment time, checked in with front desk and paid co-pay, told we would be called back shortly. Received confirmation of check-in 50 min after appointment time. It’s not an unbearable time to wait but in the moment with a child burning in fever and weak, it felt like an eternity especially seeing later arrivals called back. I do understand some cases are more urgent than others. Staff addressed my concern and called us back within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Front desk receptionist said it was an issue with moving our appointment from one screen to another. We were treated with care and were well on our way within 30 minutes of being called back. Total time 2 hours. Not too bad. Just make sure you receive a text confirmation that you’ve been checked-in.

Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

Check_in is a little complicated. Staff helped with all questions. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was a great help. I appreciate their help. It’s not first time Ive used this group .
