Everyone in the office was so kind and very professional

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.

Had pelvic pain sharp, explained my symptoms and did palpitations tests, made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!
