I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. I wanted to have an insect bite looked at to make sure it wasn’t infected. But I didn’t want to deal with an emergency room visit. StatMed was close and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try them out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse took some preliminary readings and asked questions about medical history and known allergies. She was also friendly and competent. The doctor was quite friendly and explained everything throughout the examination. I was very pleased with the experience. Friendly, competent, clean and close by. And they have an in house pharmacy for common medicines - a very nice bonus.

The entire staff was amazing! Very professional! The intske lady was very professional, knd, warm & friendly. The nurse made me feel comfortable and he understood why I was there! The doctor was very informative and listened to me with empathy. She examined my ribs and immediately had a strategy on what she was going to do so she can help me take care of my ribs! The xray tech, even though she was a student, acted very professional & I felt she knew exactly whst she was doing! The outtake nurse was so kind and gentle when she taught me how to wrap my ribs! This was my first time and I felt I was in good hands the entire time! Thank you so much!
