Aria looked over my wound & stitch up the cut, & the support staff was friendly & professional. I barely felt it during the process, & she periodically reminded me if too painful, she can numb more. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? This place is a hidden gem! I always try and avoid urgent care places as it’s usually a long wait, lots of people, not the cleanest and just difficult. But here, once I arrived the check in was seamless, the staff was friendly, the office very clean. And to top it off my doctor spent so much time with me ane was kind and listened. Highly recommend!

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

Was able to get my daughter in the same day for some mystery abdominal pain. I’ve been to the other locations but this was my first time at the Lafayette office. My daughter and I were both very impressed with how thorough the doctor is. He has such a calm bedside manner. The office itself has plenty of parking and this location is so cute!! The others are so cold and modern but this office has a cottage cozy feel (without being cramped) We will be using this location from now on

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Beth was fantastic, she was thorough, answered all my questions and had great tips too! I would definitely come here again for my son’s health. However, I was speechless with how the medical assistant roughly administered medicine to my infant son. The medical assistant grabbed my son’s face, squeezed it, and squirted antibiotics into him mouth and with the last pump, they squirted it all in even though it was getting to the point of overflowing out of his mouth. Once I held him upright, he immediately spit it back out. I’m not a medical professional, so I can’t say whether this is standard of care, but I was concerned by their handling of him.
