Several times Urgent Care in Seminole has been my go to for safe, responsible medical care.  The staff is always patient, kind and professional.  I appreciate they treat each person who comes in with great respect. Thank you.

Went in for a lingering cough as a walk-in. I anticipated a long wait . However the wait time from registration, to call to the back , to the doctor seeing me was effortless and quick. All staff were very warm and personable.

My husband had been in a few days earlier tested negative for Flu, Covid, and RSV but chest x-ray showed a little pneumonia. I started coughing Thursday night so I went straight in on Friday hoping to head it off at the pass but the doctor ran no test, said she didn’t hear wheezing even though I was and every the xray tech heard it. She gave me some cough pills and sent me on my way. I have continued to deteriorate now having sore throat and on and off spiking a low fever. Not impressed with the care I received. The PA my husband had was far more attentive. Update: The head doctor called me personally because he found this unacceptable and had me go back in for testing. I tested positive for Influenza A so I really appreciated his due diligence to get me answers so I have adjusted my overall score to reflect his efforts. Thank you Dr. Shital-Hiten Upadhyay.

After being there before I knew what to expect. The staff was great and professional, but more than one Nurse Practitioner would make it more efficient in seeing patients and quicker turn around.

Didn’t hesitate to choose  this facility for the second time when I needed attention for compacted ear wax… the day AFTER my annual physical with PCP who looked in my ears and said NOTHING! Efficient check in process, humane interactions with every staff member involved in my care … thank you Pinellas Park AFC!🫶🏽

I've been dealing with pain in my left knee for a few weeks and after seeing an Orthopedic doctor that all he wants me to do to send me for an xray, ct scan, n an mri. I get it, but it's taking weeks and I'm in SEVER pain now. Ms Peace n staff were AMAZING 👏 This is my urgent care go too. Thank you all.

My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I only wish I could make Guidewell my Primary Healthcare Provider! Marsha

I went in due knee injury from a bike wreck. Easy making an appointment and got right in and was only to here little over an hour and that included X-ray..the Dr give me a slip for work. But work said no due to 90% of day was to be sitting and all I needed was sit as needed...so waiting on Dr to rewrite the paper so I can go back to work as I can't afford to miss any work I will return here for any other issue

Had been fighting an upper respiratory infection for a week and was not getting better. Was dreading having to go to the Urgent Care but this experience was so different! Was in & out fast, staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, the check in was fast and the facility was clean. Hope to not need to go again but if I do would not hesitate to go here again.

Andrew was very attentive and kind. I needed sutures on my thumb and he did a beautiful job.

The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great.   The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that.  Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

Other than the wait time as I had a scheduled appointment everything else was very very good!
