When checking in was fine except I am on Medicare. I had my card and the receptionist said it kept declining. I have had no other problem with my card before and also had a secondary insurance card. I had to paid out of pocket and will file it through Medicare myself. I felt your office didn’t want to bother getting your money through them.

I am from out of state, had talked to my PCP about my condition and she told me to go to a walk-in clinic. This one was close and easy to schedule and fill out paperwork online. When I arrived, they checked me in promptly, but then their computers went down. This set them back about 30 minutes, frustrating! Once the computers were back up, I was seen immediately and their process went very quickly. Tests were done and I was diagnosed and out in a short amount of time. The staff was caring, helpful and professional. I would recommend this facility.

Had an amazing person take my blood and make sure I felt safe as a trans man :) On the other hand as soon as I said I was there for a pregnancy test, I got dirty looks from the woman with braids at the front desk. I had one woman(doctor?) come in and practically interrogate me about why I wanted blood over a pee test. Three. Separate. Times. Brushing off my concerns each time.
