The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great. The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that. Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I had one woman(doctor?) come in and practically interrogate me about why I wanted blood over a pee test. Three. Separate. Times. Brushing off my concerns each time.
