I was a walk-in so my wait was longer than typical (approximately 90min). I was ultimately referred to the ER to get more clarity, but the staff was through and friendly and the offices were incredibly clean. The staff was A+.

Am so glad there is an Urgent Care in Mandeville and prime location making it easier since I live off of Hwy 1088. Staff are professional and helpful with checking in. Office area is exceptionally clean, bright light and windows help atmosphere especially when you are not well. Wait time is usually very quick and once u you are in room vitals done and healthcare professional (Nurse Practitioner) has examined you and explains what is going on and treatment plan. L.O.V.E.!!!
