I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not  seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did.  Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.

I have had an upper respiratory infection for  8-9 days and couldn’t get better with using OTC so came to AFC urgent care- I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Glass was to me.  The  prescriptions she prescribed has already made me feel 100%better.  I highly recommend this AFC location.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

I would like documentation regarding my diagnosis, as well as any notes that may involve missed work. Staff seemed quite friendly and respectful. Not happy that I was charged $150 while the guy behind me was only charged $50.

I have been sick since the 6th i had the flu I felt so bad even after my antiviral treatment. I was able to get a quick appointment. All Staff were very kind. Provider was very thorough. I am already feeling so much better.  Thank you

Scheduling was made easy by using the app on my phone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was able to see a PA within 5 minutes for my sore throat. Will definitely use the clinic again.

They never heard my lungs using stethoscope for ensuring I do not have any issues!

I could not raise my left arm.  I was seen at my scheduled tie slot. I had X-Rays and arm placed in sling within 1-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the staff’s professionalism and their attention to my medical concerns. The referral responded within hours of my visit, impressive. Called the receptionist to change the pharmacy location..and he said he would.. but didn't happen. Had to wait additional 30min for the pharmacy to cancel the old and refill.. just a little annoyed

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
