I could not raise my left arm.  I was seen at my scheduled tie slot. I had X-Rays and arm placed in sling within 1-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the staff’s professionalism and their attention to my medical concerns. The referral responded within hours of my visit, impressive. I have had an upper respiratory infection for  8-9 days and couldn’t get better with using OTC so came to AFC urgent care- I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Glass was to me.  The  prescriptions she prescribed has already made me feel 100%better.  I highly recommend this AFC location.

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not  seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did.  Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.

They never heard my lungs using stethoscope for ensuring I do not have any issues!

I would like documentation regarding my diagnosis, as well as any notes that may involve missed work. Staff seemed quite friendly and respectful. Not happy that I was charged $150 while the guy behind me was only charged $50.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
