This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves. The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice. Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

The doctor came in to discuss my issue and I explained my previous issue to the doctor . We spoke about the remedy and He said do you have any questions for him. I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you!
