Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves. The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.
