My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

Great provider, they allowed me to wait in the car until the room was ready for my 4 yr old’s appointment. Prescription called in quickly & nurse did follow up the next day.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Book an appointment same day, in and out in less than an hour. Great staff and bedside manner!

Every detail was perfect. Hopefully my husband that fell yesterday will not walk with one hand empty . Hopefully from now on he will use a banister.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

It was as the most amazing experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the doctor were kind and empathetic. The wait time was minimal. I would definitely recommend to take your babies there.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

A1Plus service. I am new to the area and haven’t seen a new PCP. Started the week with a cough that later developed into a sore throat and ear pain so I found this placed due to availability.  Faith led me there. The staff and Dr. Inaganti were amazing.  I’m already feeling better.

I received great care from the PA. She took into consideration my concerns and current medical condition when caring for me. I would highly recommend this provider.

I woke up with a sinus infection. Siince I have had them before I know what they feel like. This has been Going on since Wed making this the 4th day. The provider blew it off as a cold. Told me if its worse in 5 to 7 day to call her , then she will treat it. Really the the next day was day 5. So let me see she wait until it sets in so we can treat it longer, possibly have to see someone agains so it another office visit and more money for you all ripping people off. Or maybe even ending up in the hospital with it tuning into something deadly. My daughter was with me since she had an apt 20 minutes latter so we were in the same room. this provider googled her stuff, showed us pics. We ended up at the ER with her issue 4 hours later. This privider needs to be turned into the medical board for #1 diagnosed out of google. Really .!!!!!!! The clinc is fine and some of the providers are spot on but this provider needs to go bad reputation for the clince.

My daughter was running a fever and wasn’t feeling her best I thought it be best to get her tested and seen by a doctor. The wait time wasn’t long, and the front desk ladies were so friendly and welcoming as well as the medical staff! Very informative and straightforward about everything I would recommend this place for your little ones whenever you need a same day appointment.

Minimal wait time was a plus and everything was explained thoughtfully. We were given ample opportunity to ask questions and left feeling like all our concerns were addressed
