I walked in, checked in on my phone and was seen in a very short time. All staff was friendly and answered all my questions and listened attentively. Received appropriate treatment and am feeling much better. Facilities are immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend.

Took our baby with a fever in for a walk-in, and surprised how quick she was seen. She was crying in the waiting room for at least 10 min, but it would have been way longer anywhere else. Doctor was great also. Very patient with our screaming baby. Medicine was given and all is well.

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !! Had a sore throat for days. I always get strep throat. Most common strep test came out negative so swabbed for a test that tests more strains but results take a day or two and it is Friday! While waiting for my strain test to come back and after exam prescribed antibiotics and throat spray. Fast friendly service which is much appreciated when you feel so bad. Thanks to all the staff.

Making customers do their own check-in is lame. I was asked to check in when we arrived, and then spent 40 minutes while the staff figured out how to deal with the duplicate check-in (my wife checked in when she made the appointment). I bet it would have taken them less than 4 minutes to do it in the first place. After that, everything went smooth and we were out in less than 10 minutes. Show us customer service is not dead. Self-service works for some things, but not this.
