The wait was so long for what I was getting done 2 hours for a 5 min throat test...

Made an appointment at 1250pm - arrived ten minutes early since it was our first time at this clinic. Was not taken back until 115pm to be seen. Sat in the room for 30 minutes before a nurse even came in to greet us or get vitals on my daughter. Provider was nice but no urgency or time management to ensure patients were being seen promptly. Had a rapid flu test done which results only take ten minutes to complete (I know this because I am a nurse myself) waited almost 45 minutes until someone came back in to say the results were ready, waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to come back in. Overall - staff was nice but the wait time and lack of attentiveness from staff made me hesitant to ever return.

I had been to the office before and did not hesitate to set up an appointment. The visit was timely, coordinated, and professional. I will continue to use this provider in the future and recommnd them to others.

Had been unable to clear earwax out of my ear for a few days and was scared of an infection. Jasmine Laura and a couple more of the nice staff I didn't hear the names of helped me. They never gave up until it was clean even though it was annoyingly stubborn! I was so relieved walking out.

Had a 10:50 AM appointment for my son.  Waited for 2 hours and then was called to the back office.  Waited another 30 min.  Met with doctor for 5 minutes.

We had such a wonderful experience! The whole team…the receptionist (I am so sorry I can’t remember her name), Austin, and Phoebe were phenomenal!!! Truly exceptional care!  Thank you!!

I was feeling awful. The receptionist was my first encounter.. Absolutely proficient and caring. The Nurse was my next encounter, she was outstanding!! Ensured I was comfortable and provided water as I was coughing so much. The provider actually carefully listened to what i said. Not just in a hurry and brushing me off. She took the time to explain test results and plan of care going forward.. This was my second visit here.. Love it!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
