My daughter has down syndrome and on Saturday morning said mom my finger hurts. We rushed over to little spurs as we have a few times before. They were friendly and fast. The staff really helped her beagle to understand things and went above and beyond. Our experience was great and they really cared and took the time needed to help a special needs family. The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !!
