Woke up with sinus pressure. I was able to be seen in less than 30 min. The staff was amazing, Nataly at the front desk, Mariana at the back office-who by the way gives great injections, and last but not least the NP Abraham. Would recommend this Urgent Care!!

I didn’t call, I took a chance of being a walk-in. Check-in was helpful & pleasant Staff came to do my heart rate & ask about weight & hight & pulse(?) with the finger clamp but I was a bit surprised that she didn’t tell me what the tests showed Dr. was very helpful & kind & definitely wanted to find the problem & get the meds for it.

A+ care! I went in with a suspected kidney infection got my confirmation and meds quickly and easily. All the women that were working yesterday when I went in, I apologize I can't remember their names they all told me but I'm a bit foggy brained, they were outstanding! It's been a very very very long time since I've gone into an urgent care and every single person I interacted with had an amazing bedside manner they were all so kind caring understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein, they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
