Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. I was so sick with the flu I had to lay down while I was there and if I had have gone anywhere else it would have made me feel worse. Everything from the scheduling to the nice, caring staff, the true cleanliness of the facility, listening to my needs was top notch. I never want to go anywhere else after this visit! . I was offered water and monitored to make sure the shot I was given didn’t have any negative side effects. It’s one day later and I am already a little better. The wait time was outstanding I was taken back very quickly. This place truly cares. Thank you!

My only negative is they did not take my insurance which is Medicare/United Healthcare. The staff asked me first if I wanted to be seen without it… I did because I could not get in touch with my provider. I was taken care of!!!😁
