I have never had a more efficient, friendly, respectful, informed or helpful doctor visit. Generally I hate going to the doctor, but this visit was a delight, and feel grateful to be in their care.

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time. 2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55. Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed. Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient. Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.
