Absolutely great! The whole process was so easy and quick! I scheduled online before going. I was able to do my paperwork online before getting there which was amazing and made the process so quick also. The office was clean and the employees were so nice.

Staff were efficient, kind and welcoming. 5 stars! Wait time was short.

Wait time was extremely long but staff was friendly, professional and courteous!

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not  seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did.  Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.

They never heard my lungs using stethoscope for ensuring I do not have any issues!

I would like documentation regarding my diagnosis, as well as any notes that may involve missed work. Staff seemed quite friendly and respectful. Not happy that I was charged $150 while the guy behind me was only charged $50.

The staff, doctor and nurses there was very friendly and helpful. New patient check-in was a easy process and they worked with my insurance issues with no problems.
