I thought I Scratched my eye yesterday but exam showed no sign.  Irritation and pain were increasing so saw Will today.  Staff was wonderful in every way.  Thorough, professional and friendly.  I would definitely recommend Novant’s Black Mountain office.

I was seen five minutes after arriving . My self diagnosis was confirmed . Meds were called in to my pharmacy. It was quick and easy !

Didn’t make an appointment as I was close enough to just walk in. A positive experience with caring staff and a comfortable environment.

I had been very sick with no improvement from over the counter medications. I had to do a walk-in appointment and it did not take long to be taken back. I had a fever of 103° when they checked. It did seem like a very, very long time for the doctor to arrive, but I understand that appointments are the priority. Shockingly, it wasn't the flu, and after x-rays, it was determined it was some type of pneumonia. Luckily, from the time the doctor came in the first time to out-the-door was quick, but my fever was rising and frankly I was a little scared. Bedside manner was excellent- all the providers were courteous and efficent, and provided good explanations without needing to be asked. My experience as a whole was very positive and the negative impression about the waiting was purely since I was so, so sick. I know I would have been waiting much longer anywhere else, so I am still very pleased with my choice and recommend this provider.

Kimberly is an excellent listener and practitioner. Both she and assistant   are a good team. A much needed service.

Megan Orange, our medical assistant, and front desk was the absolute best. Will definitely use this location in the future. In and out very quickly.

I had a bad cough, running nose,whizzing, sore throat, sinus pressure. They tested Me for covid,flu,rsv, all came back negative. Found out I have a Viral Infection. They put Me on medication that seems to be working. The whole staff and Dr. were professional at what they do. Keep up the great work. Thanks and Happy Holidays.
