When I picked up my 4 year old from daycare she started crying complaining of ear pain. I immediately knew it was an ear ache. It was after hours of her PCP so I knew I needed urgent care. Usually the wait time is longer than I'd prefer, but it wasn't this time. The entire staff was super friendly. The doctor couldn't see in the infected ear due to dried up ear wax, but she was super patient with my daughter through the entire flushing process. I wish I could remember her name. She was amazing. It takes a lot to manage a 4 year old through tough procedures. She allowed the necessary breaks and maintained a polite and welcoming demeanor. Nothing short of incredible.
