The nurse and the doctor were very friendly. Great bedside manner.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said that he was wheezing or have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are amazing and professional and thank you.🙏🏻

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

Before I went to the clinic, I hesitated and had no confidence.  After the visit I am satisfied and happy to use this care center again when I need.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.
