Very helpful and understanding everyone there ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

HAD A CAUGHING PROBLEM BLOOD WAS IN SO I WAS INTRODUCED THERE BY MY FRIEND THE WELCOME WAS GREAT DID MY APPLICATION AND WAS SEEN EARLY BY A DO IN LESS THAN 25 MINS I WAS OUT OF THERE CLEAN AND FRIENDLY BUSINESS THERE GLAD A DID WENT THANK YOU STAFF

Staff was very helpful and the doctor was very helpful and thorough.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

Did not help they only take your money and give you prescriptions for things which do not fix the problem

Easy check in. Quiet office, clean and friendly staff. I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

I had a slight infection and asthma DR.NATALIE BORTELL IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR SHE TOOK HER TIME TO ASK ME QUESTIONS AND AND CHECK MY EARS HANDS MY BACK I HAD A COUPLE OFSCAES ON MY BACK AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HER AS MY PERMEANT DOCTOR 😷

The doctor treated my 1 year old with care. Love that thank you!!!!!
