From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.

Very Kind and Professional staff. Vida , exceptional Provider. MaryAnn , Medical Assistant  was attentive and gentle in caring for Me . Eric greeted me at the front desk with a kind Personality and helped Me complete my signing in information. Highly Recommend , AFC, Denville.
