These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !! I started having sciatic pain two days ago. I woke up and could barely walk. The pain goes all the way down to the front of my foot. I went in and only waited about 10 mins. Check in was good. Got called to the back and they ended up giving me a steroid shot and a rx for ibuprofen. However ecen after the shot the pain never went away. The dr then called in a muscle relaxer to th pharmacy. . I took my ibuprofen and it went down some but then at night it got really bad again. Took the telaxer and was able to sleep some but then woke up about 4 in pain again. Think i may need yo go back in or yo the er now.

Staff was super sweet. Dr Galindo (I think that was her name, I think her first name was Jennifer) was AMAZING. She did so well with my toddler making her feel comfortable while also making sure I was informed and understood. Wait time was super fast with the appointment and we barely waited for 5 minutes. I also had almost no wait in the room either. It was a great experience I would absolutely recommend them in the future

Getting checked in was a breeze. Got called to the back relatively quick. But sat in the room for around an hour and 15 minutes. I had to pop my head out and ask if we were going to be seen or not. We were assured we were next. Before going to the back there were 2 people ahead of us so I feel the wait shouldn’t have been that long or at least someone should’ve checked in on us. I mean we were in there so long we fell asleep and the lights turned off on us.
