I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork. Prescriptions are called in immediately. Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

The staff at the front desk were so kind and happy. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and listened well. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me! The ladies who took my blood were so nice and comforting, same for the ladies who gave me a shot. I will definitely be going back there and telling others to do the same. I got there at 8:07 this morning and I was out by 9:17! Most urgent cares take hours.

I walked in to get checked for a possible infection and Ms. LaWanda behind the desk was so nice and attentive. The wait time was less than 15 min and i was out within 30. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back if I ever need an urgent care again!
