I had flu symptoms and was given medication.   I had never been to a walk in clinic and I was hesitant about going. Logan Heflin was very professional.

Had a burn on my finger that needed attention. Waiting room was full of sick people. They let me wait in my car until I could be seen. Made me feel better!  Wait time was much shorter than I expected!!!  Everyone was so nice and helpful!!

My son came home from University with a lingering bad cough, he was very comfortable with the staff here and their knowledge on his treatment.   Would recommend and return.

Scheduled my appointment online, everyone was so nice from the checkin to the back. Didn’t have to wait long and Dr. Urban was very great! Definitely will use them in the future!

I had scheduled an appointment the day after Christmas. I normally check in on the app but both (App and Inside) are convenient. It was super busy. I must say Robert, Tandra and Dr. Coty was very professional while caring for everyone. Thank you all so much for your support and kindness.

The staff was really great and made sure that I understood exactly how my situation would be treated and why they were treating it the way they were.

Amber Cothren and staff were great! The staff was sick but they still got us in before they closed. We love Amber , she is our primary care physician PLEASE Don’t change her schedule!!! We know when she is there on FRIDAY. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This works best for us too. We don’t have to take off work to see her.

No one ever wants to need urgent care.  When you do it sure is nice to be with friendly caring folks!

I drive past my local AFC to visit this one! They have been so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly since my first time being seen here.

Very nice Nurse Practitioner and staff. Highly recommend. All were nice except the woman that called results. She was highly condescending when giving results. Please educate her on how to talk to patients

I was seen before 3pm and the prescriptions were supposed to have been sent to the pharmacy but as of 5:40pm the pharmacy still had not received the prescription from the doctor and the pharmacy closes at 6pm.  Won’t be starting the medication tonight.

After arriving the receptionist used lysol and wet wipes on the entire waiting room and did a really good job...the nurse taking vital signs was very sympathetic with my problems and the physician assistant was very thorough and compassionate...the doctor was very knowledgeable and made an excellent choice for treatment...all in all, it was a good experience and i was very pleased.

Walking in with sinus congestion. Waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before being brought back into a room. And, then another 30 minutes before being seen. I thought this would have been quicker than an ER visit. I was sooo wrong. I would not recommend this urgent care facility

First visit,fairly easy check-in, staff was very courteous.After I checked in wait time was short.I would recommend this facility.

I scheduled the appointment online and went straight to the appointment in Meridianville with excellent service. However, they had a small problem. After I was swabbed, the nurse came to let me know that they didn’t have the tools to test the sample, but we can send you on Shields Road and you can walk right in and get your sample again and steroid shot. This did not happen. The front desk young black lady was rude! She had no empathy! She didn’t listen to me nor the sweet registrar lady from Meridianville. She said there are all these people in front of you so just sign in and have a seat. I told her that I already had an appointment at Meridianville and the situation. She said, yea, they called but we got all these people in front of you. I was not happy on top of feeling horrible. She was an awful customer service employee at the Shields Road AFC!! Train your employees!!

Had been feeling ill for a couple of days naturally my wife had to force me to go to the med plus, needless to say they were all standing room only so I just went back home and got back in the bed. Wife woke me up a little later and said get your tail back there before they close, so I went. I was one of two people took less than 10 minutes to sign in and was back seeing the nurse who was also the receptionist. She was very cordial and the doctor was amazing, very calming, caring and all had great bedside manners. Should let him be my primary doctor for sure.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
