Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

Everyone was attentive, professional and helpful.  Appreciate not having to wait long to get care.  Would choose Gateway Urgent Care again if needed.

This is my favorite urgent care.  They are so efficient and very caring about your concerns.  I appreciate them all very much.  I had a very bad experience at a Banner urgent care a couple of months ago when I was badly hurt from a fall.  They were very rude to me, both nurse and doctor.  I will always go to Gateway.  Thank you.

I had one ear blocked w/ wax, that I couldn’t get out on my own. I just did a walk in, fairly early on a Saturday, got lucky because it wasn’t busy. I have frequented the Next Care on Baseline previously and will continue to do so, as well as recommend for all urgent care situations

That they would answer the phone after being checked out for questions been calling no answer for 2 days. Customer service not the BEST!!!

I always get greeted when I go to this urgent care they already know me and my family the secretary was super helpful trying to figure out why I was having trouble scheduling through the app I was happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to whoever is looking for a provider who cares and takes the time to listen and help them with their health thank you for everything you do I appreciate it.

Something went wrong with my insurance, and I was willing to pay out-of-pocket, and the receptionist helped me with a program to where I wasn’t going to be spending an arm and a leg, which I appreciate so much because I would not know what to do!

Able to schedule an appointment online  with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.

The only negative is that I got no diagnosis.  Got medication but still don’t know exactly what I have

Susan Eller is excellent at this location! I have ear wax build up and she removed my ear wax! I highly recommend this NextCare !

Had nfection start in the morning was seen by that night and received the medication the very next morning friendly and fast.

3 1/2 hour wait is unacceptable considering I had an appointment . My visit lasted about 5 minutes and was just referred to my primary care.

I didn't need to schedule an appointment but was able to walk in and be seen relatively quickly. The provider and staff was super friendly and informative and I felt like I got the care I needed :) definitely would recommend this provider!

Made appointment ahead, waiting was 10 min. Staff was very good, courteous. NP was amazing. Ok

Workers were professional and respectful. The process was quick and easy! My nurse did an amazing job throughout the whole process!
