From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. Beth was fantastic, she was thorough, answered all my questions and had great tips too! I would definitely come here again for my son’s health. However, I was speechless with how the medical assistant roughly administered medicine to my infant son. The medical assistant grabbed my son’s face, squeezed it, and squirted antibiotics into him mouth and with the last pump, they squirted it all in even though it was getting to the point of overflowing out of his mouth. Once I held him upright, he immediately spit it back out. I’m not a medical professional, so I can’t say whether this is standard of care, but I was concerned by their handling of him.

My biggest concern is having patients wait together in the waiting room. Even with masks, being in a small, enclosed, uncirculated space seems like a breeding ground for Covid—especially when the place is a doctor’s office. I’d personally prefer patients wait outside spaced apart of that the door at least be propped open to circulate air better.
