Lexi was AMAZING! SUCH A KIND and sweet soul! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a really bad experience at the AFC on Colfax (stay away from there). I called her and she told me to come right in! This is the service one would expect at a medical facility. Thank you so much for helping me get my Covid test quickly! I so appreciate your kindness, it really helped turn my day around! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Was feeling sick, couldnt make an appointment with my regular Dr, booked an appointment the night before, showed up and it was really busy, wait time increased to 30 minutes, everyone was nice and courteous. Still recommend this Urgent Care.

Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

Taylor was awesome, got me taken care of. Entire experience was great.

Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic.
