My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I only wish I could make Guidewell my Primary Healthcare Provider! Marsha

Have gone there a few time with my children. They are awesome. They remember who we are and address our concerns and previous issues if needed.

After being there before I knew what to expect. The staff was great and professional, but more than one Nurse Practitioner would make it more efficient in seeing patients and quicker turn around.

The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great.   The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that.  Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

LOVED the staff!!!! Great experience all around. I didn’t wait long in the waiting room, especially because I was walk-in. I also did not wait long once in my room. Interactions with all staff were so warming, kind & FUNNY!

Check in was slow as the registration person instructed me to download all my medical card, that to me can mean two ways. Of course my thought process was wrong, so want old school. 20 minutes I'm back getting my vitals taken. Then to another room where I change for 40 minutes listening to Fred Flinstone TV. Finally see a nurse, nice guy, discredits my symptoms and says it's viral. I was here last year and nearly died with there diagnosis. Won't be back.

I went in due knee injury from a bike wreck. Easy making an appointment and got right in and was only to here little over an hour and that included X-ray..the Dr give me a slip for work. But work said no due to 90% of day was to be sitting and all I needed was sit as needed...so waiting on Dr to rewrite the paper so I can go back to work as I can't afford to miss any work I will return here for any other issue

My husband had been in a few days earlier tested negative for Flu, Covid, and RSV but chest x-ray showed a little pneumonia. I started coughing Thursday night so I went straight in on Friday hoping to head it off at the pass but the doctor ran no test, said she didn’t hear wheezing even though I was and every the xray tech heard it. She gave me some cough pills and sent me on my way. I have continued to deteriorate now having sore throat and on and off spiking a low fever. Not impressed with the care I received. The PA my husband had was far more attentive. Update: The head doctor called me personally because he found this unacceptable and had me go back in for testing. I tested positive for Influenza A so I really appreciated his due diligence to get me answers so I have adjusted my overall score to reflect his efforts. Thank you Dr. Shital-Hiten Upadhyay.

Awesome experience from front desk to nurse & doctor care!!

Was looking around for a pediatric care urgent care for my 4 month old that was open on Sunday’s. Had a great experience very friendly and professional! Will be back again.

The whole staff was courteous and helpful. The place was immaculate. They went over everything that I understood before I left about my blood test.

I am not a huge fan of walk in clinics BUT I will go to this clinic when need to without pause. Savanah, the NP there is absolutely amazing and has always been so professional and caring.
