Schedules online. Very personable staff and the Dr was great. After examination she Explained what was going on and why I felt like I did . She listened to any concerns and was thorough about any allergies to meds. I'm 70 yrs old and this is by far the best urgent care I experienced. My appt was at 11 (scheduled online) and out by 1130 ...Thank you to all staff .

I went in due knee injury from a bike wreck. Easy making an appointment and got right in and was only to here little over an hour and that included X-ray..the Dr give me a slip for work. But work said no due to 90% of day was to be sitting and all I needed was sit as needed...so waiting on Dr to rewrite the paper so I can go back to work as I can't afford to miss any work I will return here for any other issue

Was looking around for a pediatric care urgent care for my 4 month old that was open on Sunday’s. Had a great experience very friendly and professional! Will be back again.

I was astonished how attentive, kind and patient ALL staff were. Beautiful red head with curls at front desk…. I would hire her in a minute!  The next young lady, I communicated with also had very currently hair dark hair. I’m so sorry. I don’t remember her name. She took all my vitals and all my information and talk to me with such respect and genuine kindness. It really made me realize I’m not the only nice person in this world.   Rusty was the last employee I had to counter with again so patient and kind and informative. It was all just very amazing and I will definitely be utilizing in your services again. Only because of your staff…. Great job!  See you all next month!

I've been dealing with pain in my left knee for a few weeks and after seeing an Orthopedic doctor that all he wants me to do to send me for an xray, ct scan, n an mri. I get it, but it's taking weeks and I'm in SEVER pain now. Ms Peace n staff were AMAZING 👏 This is my urgent care go too. Thank you all.

My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I only wish I could make Guidewell my Primary Healthcare Provider! Marsha

I am from South Dakota needing to see a professional. We were  Very impressed with this Urgent Care! Receptionist was very friendly, very helpful and patient! My nurse was also very friendly, personable and knowledgeable! Daryl was knowledgeable, he took care of my concern! I enjoyed the laughs!  Highly recommend  this provider/! If ever needed, we will definitely use this facility!

My husband had a cut on his leg. Scheduled a recheck. We had been there the week before. Easy to schedule, quick to be seen. The nurse practitioner was very nice and took her time with questions. We were in and out in 30minutes. Would recommend if someone needed care.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
